This release employs some behind-the-scenes sleight-of-hand to permit unzipping a main SD update without having to have other instances of SD closed; be sure to 'unzip' to the \sd folder from which you are running ServiceDesk.
System Files Installer
This utility installs a full set of Windows support files as needed for ServiceDesk operation. They are the same as installed by any current installation CD. If you've newly installed ServiceDesk from an older CD, it's possible there are new dependencies, and you'll need this to fully install them.
Font installer
Installs a simple barcode font.
